After attending a Beginners’ yoga course you will progress to an Advanced Beginners (Level 1)

This level introduces more standing poses consolidating strength and stamina and develops flexibility in the hamstrings and the hips.

Simple back-bendings relieve stiffness in the shoulders and strengthen the spine.

Forward bends and sitting lengthen hamstring and spine.

Inversions such as shoulder-stand develop mobility in the upper back and shoulders and balance the nervous system. test

After mastering our Level 1 yoga you may progress to the Level 2 Intermediate yoga.
