6 week Mindfulness Course starts Tuesday October 24th from 6.30-7.30pm
Shelly McClean has been a Meditation Instructor for 3 years and has 17 years of meditation practice. She has an interest in the neurobiology of meditation, and how meditation can assist with pain and trauma management. She is a secular Buddhist who infuses her meditation classes with Buddhist psychology and philosophy.
Meditation classes can be hugely beneficial in a variety of mental and physical ways. It is ideal for escaping the stresses of daily work and life and relaxing the mind and body to function in unison. This course is suitable for beginners as well as for those who have previously practiced meditation. Each week Shelley McClean covers themes and topics within meditation that help to build your knowledge and techniques as the course progresses.
