Advanced Yoga Adelaide
After attending a Beginners’ yoga course you will progress to an Advanced Beginners (Level 1).
This level introduces more standing poses consolidating strength and stamina and develops flexibility in the hamstrings and the hips.
- Simple back-bendings relieve stiffness in the shoulders and strengthen the spine.
- Forward bends and sitting lengthen hamstring and spine.
- Inversions such as shoulder-stand develop mobility in the upper back and shoulders and balance the nervous system.
After mastering our Level 1 yoga you may progress to the Level 2 Intermediate yoga.
Classes are ongoing and are a regular part of the timetable.
