Vanessa Shribman is the Director of Coast Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for almost 30 years. she is a long term meditator and a physiotherapist.


Class Details

Dates 2019:  Fridays

Length/times: 5pm – 6pm

Term 3 starts on Friday August 2nd

Cost: $165 for the 10 week course or attend weekly for $18 and start at anytime.

Course Outline

Our Mindfulness and Restorative yoga classes are for those who would like to learn to deeply relax and to bring some peace to the mind.

The course will teach:

  • Simple yoga poses to relax the nervous system to prepare the mind for meditation.
  • Simple breathing techniques that help to relax body and mind.
  • Simple meditation techniques that can be practiced in daily life.
