Vanessa Shribman is the Director of Coast Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for almost 30 years.

Ali Pratt is a yoga and meditation teacher and has been practicing and teaching for 25 years.

Course Details

Dates: 8 week course (attend once a week) starting Friday October 26th

Length/times: 5pm – 6pm

Cost: $135 for the 8 week course

Course Outline

Our Mindfulness and Restorative yoga classes are for those who would like to learn to deeply relax and to bring some peace to the mind.

The course will teach:

  • Simple yoga poses to relax the nervous system to prepare the mind for meditation.
  • Simple breathing techniques that help to relax body and mind.
  • Simple meditation techniques that can be practiced in daily life.
