Back Care 20 classes
Attend 2 classes per week for your back and get stronger and pain free faster.
- Yoga for back pain 1- for newcomers with ongoing pain and discomfort- Starts Thursday January 24th at 6pm or join at anytime.
- Yoga for Back pain 2/ Easy Pace– for students who have attended back pain 1 or who are looking for an easy paced class- starts Monday January 21st at 6pm or Join at anytime(this class is not with a physiotherapist)
Length/times: 6pm – 7.15pm (75 minutes)
Cost: both classes each week for $320 for 20 classes
Physiotherapy private health rebates are claimable on all classes attended with Vanessa at Coast Yoga.
