The summer intensive is open to all levels of ability. The program will be adapted to the different abilities and limitations. Starting the year with an intensive yoga week helps you recover from the indulgences of Xmas and start the new year feeling strong, clear and grounded. The daily dynamic yoga session will improve your strength and flexibility allowing you to increase accessibility to the poses that you find challenging. The pranayama and meditation calm the mind and give you tools to deal with stress.
