New Mindfulness Course with Annie Harvey: 6 weeks from Tue 26 July.
One of the skills you’ll learn in our new beginner’s mindfulness course is how to become more tolerant of yourself and others. We learn this very important skill not only via meditating formally together on chairs, but also through a long list of everyday activities that are already in our life. You will learn how to turn down the volume of your stress and turn on your relaxation response, over time becoming calmer and more focussed.
6 week Mindfulness course, starting Tuesday 26 July 6.30-7.30pm, clinic room, Coast Yoga Centre Glenelg.
This course can also be attended via zoom from your own home.

Our Mindfulness classes are for those who would like to learn to deeply relax and to bring some peace to the mind.
The course will teach:
- Simple breathing techniques that help to relax body and mind.
- Simple meditation techniques that can be practiced in daily life.
